Heather C.
Certified Professional Life Coach & Owner of Cove Connection.
As a long time resident of the Mt. Seymour / Deep Cove area, my passion and purpose in life has been helping and supporting others. I enjoy connecting with people, listening to their stories, and supporting them along their journey. In 2019, I was diagnosed with some autoimmune conditions and had to retire from my time as a Medical Laboratory Assistant; but remained in the health care field in an administrative role. Reflecting during this time, I realized just how much I missed working with patients / clients and decided to stay in the helping field and pursue a career as a Life Coach, as well as a degree in Counselling.
At Cove Wellness, my goal is to be a “thought partner” and help support & navigate with you your story and what you’d like to explore. By creating a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space, I aim to coach with compassion for lifelong learning, connection and growth.
